The Business Operations Consultant is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and supporting store expansion of Mister Donut in the CALABARZON regions. The role involves site evaluation, franchisee coordination, and end-to-end support for new store openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for new store openings in CALABARZON
- Conduct basic site and market analysis (foot traffic, competition, sales potential)
- Coordinate with franchisees, landlords, and internal teams for store development
- Prepare site proposals and reports for management approval
- Monitor store opening timelines and ensure compliance with company standards
- Conduct field visits and support store openings as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, leasing, and franchise/area management from the food service industry
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel across CALABARZON
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial analysis
- Experience in QSR industry is an advantage
