Job Description

• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, machinery, and related equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliability
• Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective repair solutions
• Repair or replace defective or worn mechanical components
• Operate a wide range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Conduct functional tests to evaluate the performance and integrity of mechanical systems
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of spare parts and necessary supplies
• Work closely with other departments and supervisors to schedule and execute maintenance operations
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, keeping the work environment clean and hazard-free
• Stay updated on best practices, tools, and technologies relevant to mechanical maintenance

• Experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial setting
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read equipment manuals and technical drawings
• Skilled in using mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment
• Vocational school or apprenticeship preferred
• Physically strong with good stamina
