About the role
Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Commercial Finance to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to play a key strategic role in shaping the financial direction of our organization.
What you'll be doing- Provide financial analysis, modelling and strategic recommendations to support commercial decision-making
- Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts for the commercial division
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
- Contribute to the design and implementation of financial systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations and other regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
- CPA, bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the commercial or business services sector
- Proven experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and margin expansion. Experience working in food and service industries is an advantage
- Deep understanding of Facilities Management industry market dynamics and KPIs.
- Proven ability to provide strategic financial advice and drive commercial decision-making
- Excellent communication, fluent English language ability both spoken and written. Required to speak effectively before Country leadership team and other stakeholders.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Considerable knowledge in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other MS Office is also required.
- Power-user experience with various Power BI tools.
- Ability to design high-impact executive dashboards that track real-time KPIs and sales pipeline health.
- Experience in leading and developing finance teams
