Job Description
As a QA System Tester, you will ensure system reliability by analyzing requirements, executing tests, and detecting defects. You'll collaborate with IT teams to develop automation scripts, maintain high-quality standards, and provide solutions that strengthen system performance.

- 5+ years of experience as a Software/System Tester or similar role
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with good time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with IT team members within the MAKERS IT Group
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Design and develop automation scripts as needed
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Provide timely solutions to potential defects
- Apply quality engineering principles across Agile and waterfall product lifecycles
- Provide documentation and support for testing processes
