About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Support (After-Sales Specialist) to join our dynamic team at LFBA Group of Companies in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing prompt and professional after-sales support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Handling customer complaints and escalations, working to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with the broader sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of better customer service strategies
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the client and sales administration or after-sales support field
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries and complaints
  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data management
  5. Adaptability and a willingness to learn, as you'll be working with the latest technology and industry trends
  6. Excellent time management and multitasking skills to juggle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
