About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Support (After-Sales Specialist) to join our dynamic team at LFBA Group of Companies in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Providing prompt and professional after-sales support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling customer complaints and escalations, working to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborating with the broader sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of better customer service strategies
- Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the client and sales administration or after-sales support field
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries and complaints
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data management
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn, as you'll be working with the latest technology and industry trends
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to juggle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
