As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Record the company's books of account, maintaining accurate records of all cash inflows and outflows of various companies.
  • Prepare invoices, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely collections.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Value Added Tax (VAT) relief on sales and purchases.
  • Prepare alpha-list schedules for Withholding Tax-Expanded and Withholding Tax-Compensation. (BIR Form 1604E & 1604C)
  • Prepare detailed schedules of income, expenses, and lapsing expenses to facilitate accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare the Working Trial Balance.
  • Prepare and process check vouchers and issue checks for approved payments.
  • Email proof of payments and address other concerns.
  • Record detailed tenant contracts of lease (residential & commercial) and their monthly payments. (Accounts Receivable)
  • Monitor utility billings (monthly, including some of the executive's personal billings).
  • Filing of accounting records, documents and tenant’s contracts.
  • Encoding accounting transaction at Odoo ERP System
