Job Description

• - Supervise a warehouse team and willing to work overtime as need arises
• Leads department operations to meet specific company targets;
• Leads Strategic Projects and assignments as required
• Effectively supervise with full accountability for operational labor and supply costs;
• Acts as a coach to their team playing team through vision and goals, coaching and feedback;
• Accountable for Maintaining a healthy work environment and being a good leader by example for others;
• Manages employee performance including but not limited to attendance , vacation, employee separations, annual review, merit process, and documentation.

• - 4 years of Leadership experience in Warehouse environment preferably in a Construction Industry
• Graduate of any 4 year course;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and high level of understanding of Warehouse Management System in a Construction industry;
• Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment;
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently;
• Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same;
• Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure;
• Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships;
