Senior Graphic Designer (iGaming Industry)

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own the creative output across digital and CRM channels. You'll produce assets that reach customers across email, paid digital, and on-platform placements — working across racing and sport content at pace.

For someone who wants to build experience across a wagering business, not just a design function, this is a good opportunity.

• Produce digital creative across CRM (EDM), paid social, display, and on-platform — from concept through to final asset
• Work directly with the CRM team to translate briefs into engaging email creative, including HTML EDM builds and template updates
• Support the Digital Performance team with paid media creative — display banners, social ads, and A/B variants
• Contribute to racing and sport campaign creative for key calendar moments — Spring Racing Carnival, major football codes, and international racing
• Maintain brand consistency across all output, applying brand guidelines without needing to reinvent for every brief
• Support the Operations team with ad-hoc design requirements — in-product assets, promotional material, and internal collateral
• Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and flag priorities clearly with stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts or any related course
• With 10 years of solid expertise as Graphic Designer in iGaming industry
• Demonstrated experience in a production-oriented digital design role — agency or in-house, wagering or broader digital is fine
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop and Illustrator essential; InDesign, After Effects, or XD a plus
• Comfortable building and updating HTML EDM templates
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools applied to design workflows
• Strong attention to detail and able to maintain output quality at volume
• Clear communicator who can manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams
• Knowledge of racing and sport is an advantage — not required, but you'll pick it up quickly if not

• Motion graphics or basic video editing capability
• Experience in wagering, gaming, or fast-moving consumer-facing digital environments
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and how creative feeds into segmented campaign workflows
