Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manual Quality Analyst to ensure software quality by analyzing requirements, designing test cases, executing functional and regression testing, and validating system releases. The role ensures compliance with SDLC and QA standards while contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior QA members.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and create functional test cases
- Design and execute manual test cases and test scripts
- Perform Functional, Integration, System & Regression Testing
- Prepare Master Test Plans, Test Reports, and Test Summary Reports
- Identify, log, and track software defects
- Review test cases and QA documentation
- Ensure SDLC and QA process compliance
- Support system validation and release testing
- Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and QA teams
- Mentor junior QA members and support process improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in Manual QA / Software Testing
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in test case design and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible with shifting schedules if required
- ISTQB Certification (advantage)
- Experience in QA leadership or mentoring
- Exposure to enterprise or financial systems
