Job Description

• Visit all listed outlets as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
• Identify and develop new accounts, ensuring their enrollment in company systems.
• Perform the Basic Call Procedure (BCP) with both new and existing accounts.
• Facilitate the swift placement of new products at all accounts.
• Maintain proper merchandising standards, ensuring products are available, visible, and correctly priced.
• Communicate and implement both company and principal directives effectively across all accounts.
• Provide feedback to the company on key information and developments within the trade.
• Execute all principal programs and promotions efficiently.
• Collect payments (cash or check) from customers and ensure accurate issuance of thermal receipts and sales invoices.
• Ensure timely remittance of collections to the office.
• Submit daily sales reports to the office on time.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.
• Ensure all assigned sales tools, including vehicles, are maintained in good working condition.
• Safeguard and maintain the completeness of van stock at all times.

• High School graduate
• Can drive a motorcycle and/or 4-wheel vehicle
• Valid professional driver’s license (with appropriate restriction code)
• Physically fit to do field work on a daily basis
• Unquestionable integrity and can work independently
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
