Field Sales Operations Head (FMCG)

The Field Sales Operations Head leads nationwide execution across all retail channels, ensuring excellence in Availability, Visibility, and Activation standards. This role partners closely with Sales teams and third-party merchandising providers to deliver consistent, high-quality in-store execution, optimize merchandising investments, and strengthen retail presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee field operations teams to ensure strong in-store execution nationwide
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners (Modern Trade & General Trade)
• Drive in-store negotiations on promotions, shelf space, displays, and stock availability
• Manage third-party merchandising providers, including budget, contracts, and KPI performance
• Ensure efficient manpower deployment and compliance with operational standards
• Identify process improvements and leverage technology to enhance execution
• Develop team capabilities and instill a performance-driven culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
• 8–12 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in field execution, trade marketing, or customer management
• Experience managing third-party vendors and KPI-driven contracts
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
