Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US Recruiter with strong RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience to manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record recruiting across Technology, Consumer, and Corporate functions, with expertise in delivering high-quality talent for specialized and hard-to-fill roles within a low-to-moderate requisition volume environment.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, consultative recruiting skills, market intelligence, and the ability to build talent pipelines while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions from intake to offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent market conditions
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques
  • Recruit for a broad range of roles across:
  • Technology (Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Product, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.)
  • Consumer and Commercial functions
  • Corporate roles including HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and difficult-to-fill positions
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent communities for recurring skill sets
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments
  • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate successful hiring outcomes
  • Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress within ATS and client reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with client processes, SLAs, and US employment regulations
  • Provide market insights, compensation intelligence, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of US recruitment experience, preferably within an RPO, agency, or outsourced recruiting environment
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across Technology and Consumer/Corporate functions
  • Strong experience supporting US-based hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Proven success managing specialized searches and professional-level hiring
  • Experience handling low-to-moderate requisition volumes while maintaining high-quality delivery and strong hiring outcomes
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and talent mapping
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
  • Strong understanding of US labor market trends and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Libis Quezon City and US Schedule
