About the role
Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, this full-time Reports Analyst role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila will be responsible for analysing and reporting on key business metrics to provide critical insights that drive strategic decision-making at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc.
What you'll be doing- Gather, process, and analyse data from various sources to produce comprehensive and insightful reports
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover valuable business intelligence
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations to present data in a clear and engaging manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand reporting requirements and tailor outputs to meet the needs of different stakeholders
- Continuously look for ways to optimise reporting processes and add value to the business
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the data analytics team
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a business analysis or data reporting role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively present findings and recommendations
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
