Research and Development Assistant

Qualifications:

• Experienced in product formulation
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering (license preferred)
• Knowledge in formulation, product development, and cosmetic regulations

Skills:

• Familiarity with lab tools (pH meter, viscometer)
• Teamwork, communication, and time management
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Job Summary: As an R&D Specialist, you’ll develop personal care, household & disinfectant products. Your tasks include formulating products, sourcing materials, and preparing for product launches. You’ll manage projects, write technical documents, and work with teams, following cGMP standards.
