Responsible for providing Leadership to the project team. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other managers, specializing in various project aspects, and are involved in all project phases from planning to completion.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Make sure that a project is completed on time and within agreed budget.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Principal and client-relation.
- Manage and supervise Subordinates in project planning and decision making.
- Evaluates project proposals of Vendors and Contractors prior to endorsement.
- Q.A/Q.C ensures that the final product observes the company’s quality standards. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
