About the role
Taft Property Venture Development Corp.' is seeking a Multiskilled Technician to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our mining operations and ensuring the smooth running of our equipment and machinery.
What you'll be doing- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on a variety of mining equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations and procedures
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior technicians as required
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Multiskilled Technician in the mining industry
- Strong working knowledge of mining equipment and machinery, including hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
