Accounting Supervisor

Grid Property Ventures, Inc. (GRID) is a Filipino-led B2B PropTech platform transforming commercial real estate in the Philippines. As we scale, we're building a strong finance function — and we need an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead it.
What you'll do- Supervise and review the work of the Accounting Clerk and finance staff
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Ensure timely BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing
- Oversee payroll, AP/AR, and cash flow monitoring
- Coordinate with external auditors
- BS Accountancy graduate; CPA preferred
- 3–5 years accounting experience, including 1–2 years supervisory
- Strong knowledge of PFRS and Philippine tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Leadership role in a fast-growing PropTech company
- Equity-eligible track for long-term hires
