You will play a key role in creating a positive guest experience by combining efficiency with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (e.g., espresso, lattes, teas, smoothies).
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain product knowledge on coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items.
• Handle payments, operate POS systems, and issue receipts or change correctly.
• Keep the work area, equipment, and seating area clean and organized.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company hygiene standards.
• Restock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Provide recommendations to customers and upsell when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous barista or food service experience is an advantage but not required (training can be provided).
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and customer service best practices is a plus.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (approx. 11 kg).
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
