Job Description:Tekila Bar and Tacos is looking for energetic and service-oriented F&B Interns (Front-of-House) who are eager to gain real-world experience in restaurant operations. This internship will focus on guest service, table handling, and front-of-house duties in a vibrant and dynamic Mexican bar and restaurant in BGC.
- Important Note:
Internship shift is strictly day-time only (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and guide them to their tables
- Provide menus, introduce specials, and assist in taking orders
- Support in serving food and drinks under supervision
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Attend briefings and follow FOH service protocols
- Help during peak service periods or special events
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Hotel & Restaurant Management (non-culinary)
- With valid school endorsement letter and MOA
- Allowed by school to be deployed in a bar setup
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Available to work during day shift only
