Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Research businesses and decision-makers using search engines, directories, company websites, and social platforms.
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate contact data (names, companies, phone numbers, emails, addresses).
• Enter and manage data in Google Sheets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting.
• Review and clean datasets by correcting errors and removing duplicates.
• Meet defined volume and accuracy targets for data collection and updates.
• Communicate progress, issues, and questions with the National Sales Director.
• Run and maintain AI-assisted web scrapers to collect data from target websites.
• Inspect websites using browser developer tools to understand page structure and changes.
• Analyze URL patterns for pagination, filtering, and navigation.
• Extract and provide relevant HTML snippets to support scraper updates.
• Write clear, structured prompts for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to generate or fix scrapers.
• Test scraper outputs, troubleshoot issues, and iterate with AI to improve results.
• Maintain simple documentation of site structures and scraper behavior.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• Strong understanding of HTML (tags, attributes, classes, IDs, structure).
• Comfortable using browser developer tools (Inspect Element, Elements, Network tabs).
• Ability to read and interpret URL structures (paths, query parameters).
• Experience writing clear, detailed prompts for AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
• Experience writing AI commands and skills to customize your workflow for quality and efficiency
• Strong internet research and data verification skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (data entry, sorting, filtering; basic formulas preferred).
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot methodically.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated workspace.
