responsible for leading, planning, organizing and controlling production flow in terms of organizational goals and objectives including customer requirement. The incumbent ensures that goods/hardware are being produced efficiently using effective methodology and best production practices, on time, within budget and to quality standard.

• Regulates and coordinates all the manufacturing/assembly activities to ensure the most effective way of utilizing available resources.
• Maintains a competent and effective work group by providing technical guidance and instruction, training and developing skills, motivating and counseling subordinates.
• Ensures work time utilization recording, maintaining accurate employee labor reports, real-time attendance monitoring and verifying indirect/direct labor charges.
• Ensures good housekeeping and safe working conditions, prevent on the job-injuries and reduce lost time. Inspect the area daily for unsafe working conditions, signs of equipment breakdown and general untidiness.
• Provides good company-employee relations by administering all personnel policies fairly and consistently.
• Evaluates personnel within his section; provide periodic performance feedback and improvements planning for each subordinate.
• Contributes to the meeting of manufacturing schedules and delivery commitments by scheduling the work of the area with the collaboration of production control.
• Recommends, initiate and lead operational improvements in collaboration with support department to reduce scraps and time standard variances.
• Promotes teamwork, manage conflicts in the area through problem solving approaches.

• Proven track record in production supervisory or lead function in similar industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines while stay within budget .
