About the Role

As a Senior Architect, you’ll take the lead in designing and developing high-profile projects. Your expertise will be key in shaping spaces that are both innovative and functional, while also contributing to the firm’s growth and success.

• Lead the conceptual and schematic design of complex projects, ensuring they align with client needs and design principles.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction specialists to bring projects from concept to reality.
• Oversee the production of detailed design documentation, including plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for smooth execution.
• Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations.
• Play a role in expanding our project portfolio and seeking new business opportunities.

• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in designing commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Professional registration (or eligibility for registration) in the Philippines.
