About the Role
Step into the financial engine of the HORECA industry. As a Finance & Accounting Intern at AM Group, you won’t just be filing papers; you will gain a front-row seat to how a multi-entity group manages the complexities of high-end machinery importation and premium food distribution.You will support the financial health of brands like Alimentari Italia and Prime Foodlab, learning the precision required in a luxury wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities- Voucher & Ledger Management: Assist in the preparation and organizing of accounts payable/receivable vouchers and journal entries.
- Audit Readiness: Help maintain a meticulous digital and physical filing system for tax documents, invoices, and official receipts to ensure audit compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Support the team in gathering data for weekly cash flow reports and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Expense Tracking: Assist in monitoring departmental budgets and reconciling employee petty cash or reimbursement liquidations.
- Data Accuracy: Perform high-volume data entry into our accounting systems with a focus on "zero-error" precision.

- BSBA Major in Financial Management
- Any related degree with a strong focus on Bookkeeping or Finance.
- Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a college/university requiring a formal Practicum/OJT program for 2026.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, basic formulas) and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- On-site Availability: Willing to report to our Makati headquarters (near BGC/EDSA).
- Tools: Must have your own laptop for daily tasks.
- Soft Skills: High integrity (handling sensitive data), a proactive "can-do" attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
