Operations Manager

• Manage and oversee the entire manufacturing process, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management
• Coordinate and optimise logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products and materials
• Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as finance, sales, and procurement, to align operations with overall business goals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and inventory management principles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis software
• Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
