Bookkeeper
We are looking for an experienced Bookeepers who are based around Manila area to join our growing team.
The Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records for a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with our accounting team in Ireland to ensure that bookkeeping tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with Irish and UK accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities- Processing and posting purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate purchase and sales ledgers
- Preparing bookkeeping schedules to support monthly management accounts
- Supporting VAT return preparation and reconciliation
- Investigating and resolving reconciliation differences
- Maintaining organised and well-documented financial records
- Communicating with internal teams regarding queries or missing information
- Supporting process improvements and workflow efficiencies
Key Skills & Experience
Technical Skills-Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping (debits and credits)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with bank reconciliations and ledger management
- Good exposure to VAT processes
- Experience with accounting software such as:
o QuickBooks Online
o Sage (desirable)
o Dext (desirable)
Professional SkillsHighly developed organisational skills
Strong time management and deadline management
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple client workloads
Methodical and structured approach to completing work
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent English language skills
Additional Requirements- Understanding of Irish or UK business practices is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively within a remote international team
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility for work quality
- Currently residing in around Greater Manila area
