Responsibilities of Facilities Technician:
- Monitor the performance of facility equipment/machines, utilities and record data into log sheets. Make necessary adjustments of devices to attain required performance of machines and equipment
- Perform Preventive, Corrective and breakdown maintenance on facility equipment and machines
- Perform regular audit/inspection of building facility
- Maintain housekeeping of tools, equipment areas and also the cleanliness and orderliness of all equipment and machine
- Respond promptly to service calls regarding repairs and troubleshooting of engineering support to other departments.
- Inform immediate supervisor of problems regarding performance of functions and/or problems encountered regarding operations of facility equipment and machines
- Coordinate with equipment technicians, machine operators and contractor's technicians regarding implementation of repairs.
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Electromechanical/Mechanical Technology or any equivalent.
- Must have at least 1-2 years experience in the related field
- Team Player, Responsible and can do Multi task.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule (Monday to Saturday)
- Can start as soon as possible
