About the role
Reporting to the Studio Director, this Project Manager position is a key role within the creative team at TEAM MANILA GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDIO, INC. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.This is a full-time, office-based role in Makati City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading all project communications and managing client expectations
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure projects are delivered to specification
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that arise
- Prepare regular status reports for clients and the internal team
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and pitches for new business opportunities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency or design studio environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and the creative team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Solid understanding of the graphic design process and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between client needs and creative execution
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset
