DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

BOUTIQUE CLEARING
  1. Responsible for the daily opening and closing clearing of the boutique. Reports to the Store Operations Manager / Area Manager / Boutique Manager any irregularities observed in the clearing.
SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
  1. Supervises selling operations of the boutique and sees to it that all customers are satisfied and well attended to.
  2. Sees to it that all merchandise are properly displayed and stocked.
  3. Sees to it that the sales objectives are surpassed.
  4. Attends to customers when necessary.
  5. Attends to all types of customer complaints and inquiries.
PERSONNEL
  1. Plans and prepares staff working schedule and day-offs. Coordinates with Personnel Officer on the needed manpower / staff uniform. Ensures discipline among sales staff as to:
  • Wearing of proper prescribed uniform
  • Proper grooming
  • Courtesy and respect
  • General behavior in the store
  • Adherence to store policies and procedures
  • Customer service
STOCK REPLENISHMENT / INVENTORY / MERCHANDISE DELIVERY / STOCK TRANSFER
  1. Ascertains that needed stocks are requisitioned on time and thoroughly.
  2. Closely monitors daily movement of the stocks and replenishment.
  3. Ensures proper control on inventory, stockroom, display area.
  4. Maintains daily counter counting / checking of stocks before and after store hours.
  5. Receives and checks all incoming deliveries.
  6. Checks and monitors merchandise transfer.
MERCHANDISE DISPLAY
  1. Ascertains that the general total look of the boutique is within the standard of the international brand.
  2. Coordinates with Merchandising Department for further assistance needed in the proper and effective display of the merchandise.
  3. Sees to it that mannequins / show window displays are changed once a week following brand method of display.
  4. Ascertains that merchandise are displayed according to the brand’s specific way of displaying the merchandise.
HOUSEKEEPING
  1. Ensures that merchandise display is in order and makes every effort to improve display for purposes of better customer servicing / better sales turn-over / better merchandise control.
THEFT AND LOSS SECURITY
  1. Trains staff to be alert on shoplifters. Ensures strict procedures on merchandise releases from stockroom. Implements strict procedures on merchandise security and fixtures.
OTHERS
  1. Monitors and controls proper usage of store supplies
  2. Monitors and checks supplies requisitions
  3. Recommends to SOM and management areas that need further improvement in the boutique operations
  4. Performs other jobs from time to time as deemed necessary
