About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Mid- to Senior-Level .NET MAUI Developer to join a small, high-output engineering team. In this role, you will own features end-to-end—designing, building, testing, and shipping—while collaborating directly with US-based non-technical founders to translate business vision into scalable, cross-platform applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML.
• Build, integrate, and optimize backend services and cloud components on AWS.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, owning unit and integration testing for all delivered features.
• Translate high-level business goals from non-technical founders into clear technical requirements, trade-offs, and prioritized backlog items.
• Lead technical discussions, coordinate workflows, and mentor team members within a highly collaborative setting.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions, perform robust code reviews, and drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Proactively communicate progress, risk assessments, and technical recommendations across US and Philippine time zones.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and XAML, with hands-on experience building and shipping applications using .NET MAUI.
• Practical experience utilizing AWS services relevant to modern application development and deployment.
• Proven experience successfully building and deploying applications to both Android and iOS stores.
• Strong command of software engineering fundamentals: clean architecture, version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a track record of collaborating directly with non-technical stakeholders to clarify scope and solve complex problems.
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to lead prioritization and problem-solving in a fast-moving, remote environment.
