Role Description:

The role requires close collaboration with the engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and develop designs for robotic welding and jig applications
• Program and operate CNC robot welding systems
• Develop accurate and efficient programs based on technical drawings
• Set up and optimize jigs, fixtures, and welding sequences
• Ensure precision, consistency, and quality in welding outputs
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine-related issues
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Machine Operation
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply them accurately in programming
• Understanding of industrial automation and robotics is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields is preferred
• Relevant certifications or prior experience in CNC or robotic programming will be considered an asset
