Job Description
Posted on 12 May 2026Preparing the Annual Procurement Plan and amendments in coordination with the Budget Officer and management approval.
Procurement of common-use supplies and other goods and services in accordance with the Government Procurement Law (RA 9184).
Undertaking other related tasks as may be required.
Preparing Bidding Documents and assisting in the sale and distribution of bidding documents to interested bidders.
Organizing and making necessary arrangements for BAC and TWG meetings and conferences.
Maintaining files of the procurement made through competitive bidding and other negotiated procurement.
Preparing Yearly Report on the Physical Count of Property, Plant and Equipment (RPCPPE).
Monitoring the inventory of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPEs) of the respective agency.
Assisting in the conduct of Annual Physical inventory of Property, Plant and Equipment.
Preparing routine communications and reports.
Performing other related functions as may be required.

These responsibilities ensure that the procurement officer effectively manages the procurement process, adheres to legal requirements, and maintains the integrity of the procurement activities.
