• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• With 6 Months of BPO Experience
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
