Job Description:

• Reconcile client-provided invoices against internal records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and reconcile tracking progress for data migration and destruction projects.
• Identify and raise anomalies or discrepancies found during reconciliation.
• Create graphs, charts, and visual reports as requested by clients or internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Maintain organized records of all reconciliation activities and documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and offer data-driven suggestions or observations
• Continuously improve reconciliation processes and assist in streamlining workflows.
• Perform accurate data cleaning and preparation, including manual data entry into Excel from PDF or other non-editable formats to ensure data integrity and usability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data reconciliation, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and handling client-facing tasks is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with data management systems, databases, or ERP tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data migration or destruction processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation and reconciliation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to detect and resolve discrepancies.
• Good organizational skills for maintaining records and tracking progress.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and occasionally presenting to clients.
• Ability to work independently and improve existing workflows.
