- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and close sales
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends and competitor landscape
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related discipline
- Science or pharmacy degree preferred to enhance understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry practices
