Job Description

What You'll Do:

Operations Administration
  • Manage show inbox via Salesforce
  • Conduct booth stand and stand plan checks
  • Prepare weekly and post-event reports
  • Set up and update operations pages and folders
  • Collate order forms, exhibitor lists, and floorplans
  • Coordinate contractor registration and site induction
  • Compile post-show data including incident reports
Event Management
  • Support end-to-end event operations
  • Manage meeting rooms and office setups
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and compliance
  • Upload event assets (logos, rules, addendums)
  • Update Salesforce entries and terms
  • Handle barter agreements and e-signature distribution
  • Proofread printed/digital materials (e.g., show catalogues)
Event Operations
  • Oversee pavilion artwork, AV, and digital signage
  • Coordinate catering, furniture, floral, and IT equipment
  • Track crates, safety frames, and health & safety documentation
  • Prepare onsite logistics and equipment distribution
  • Manage temporary staff, QR codes, radios, and wristbands
  • Ensure compliance with safety training and contractor certifications
  • Set up Smartsheet workspaces and stand packages

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or event operations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event tech platforms
