- Sales Generation: Proactively approach customers to demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to meet daily/monthly targets.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, clean, and accurately priced, following planograms
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, offer product recommendations, and handle after-sales concerns.
- Reporting: Monitor fast-moving or out-of-stock items and submit regular sales reports.
- Relationship Management: Maintain good rapport with store personnel and represent the brand professionally.
