Quezon City - Visual Merchandising Specialist

The Visual Merchandising Specialist supports the Visual Merchandising Manager in the development and execution of compelling in-store visual displays and layouts that align with the brand's identity and sales goals. This role ensures consistent implementation of visual standards across all retail locations, enhances customer experience, and drives product sell-through by making merchandise visually appealing, accessible, and strategically placed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing seasonal visual merchandising strategies and window displays.
• Implement and maintain in-store visual displays in accordance with company guidelines and branding.
• Collaborate with store operations, marketing, and merchandising teams to support promotions, launches, and campaigns.
• Ensure all stores follow visual guidelines by conducting regular store visits and audits.
• Train store personnel on visual merchandising standards, presentation techniques, and planogram compliance.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual setups and adjust strategies to improve customer engagement and sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current market and design trends to keep visuals fresh and competitive.
• Source and manage visual materials, props, and equipment as needed for displays.
• Support the roll-out of new stores and renovations by coordinating and executing visual merchandising setups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong eye for design, color coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and product placement strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for store visits and visual merchandising support.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and set up visual displays as needed.

Work Arrangement:

• Monday to Friday (On-site)
• 8am-6:30pm, 9am-7:30pm, or 10am-8:30pm
• Located in Bagumbayan Libis QC, near Eastwood.
