Delivery Manager – Customer Success - Manila

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee customer onboarding and delivery success for our most strategic accounts. This is a high-visibility role responsible for ensuring all onboarding, integration, and operational handoffs are completed on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

This position is a night shift position with a schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST. Candidates must have experience with and have the ability to work a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the accountable lead for all onboarding and early lifecycle activities for high-value customers.
• Align internal engineering, EDI, portal, and support teams to deliver a coordinated onboarding experience.
• Track and manage multiple onboarding efforts simultaneously, including project planning, stakeholder updates, and escalation management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Operations to improve handoff and implementation readiness.
• Act as a customer advocate internally and ensure long-term success is embedded during onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent command of English and professional communication style.
• Background in healthcare, supply chain, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong track record of building customer trust and hitting key onboarding KPIs.
