Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Telco Sales Team Leader to manage a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The role focuses on driving revenue, coaching agents, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 sales agents
- Drive performance across sales conversion, revenue, and productivity metrics
- Conduct coaching sessions, call listening, and performance reviews
- Monitor attendance, adherence, and shrinkage
- Handle client escalations and operational reports
- Analyze performance data and implement action plans for improvement
- Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams
- At least 1–2 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO setting
- Strong background in Telco Sales, Upselling, or Retention
- Proven experience in a quota-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of KPIs (Conversion, Revenue, AHT, CSAT)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati or Pasig on a night shift schedule
- Available to start ASAP or within a short notice period
- Experience handling US or AU telco accounts
- Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards
- Strong coaching and people management skills
