HUMAN RESOURCE CULTURE AND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

The HRCE Manager shall be responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and overall management of all culture-building programs, employee engagement activities and initiatives, and employee relations across the Hedcor group. The role ensures that all programs and initiatives are aligned with the 1AP Culture and drive a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

The Manager will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team to effectively execute these initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related discipline.
Preferably with Master’s in Applied/Industrial Psychology or Business.
With an extensive background in Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Information System
Adept in Labor Code of the Philippines
With at least five (5) years of managerial experience
With at least seven (7) years of related work experience
