Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong background in all facets of HR - end-to-end.
- Proven track record in both corporate/creative environments and manufacturing/operational settings
- Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR leadership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Empathetic, approachable, and culturally sensitive.
- Strong facilitator and coach, with passion for people development.
- Able to balance structure and creativity in organizational growth.
- Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful in a global, fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with global business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership on talent planning, culture building, and organizational development.
- Act as a key advisor on international HR practices, ensuring alignment across Europe and the Philippines.
- Lead recruitment for design, corporate, and factory roles, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
- Build and implement structured onboarding programs tailored to diverse roles (designers, corporate staff, and production teams).
- Design and deliver training initiatives, career development plans, and succession programs to support employee growth.
- Develop and oversee learning & development strategies, ensuring continuous upskilling across the organization.
- Implement leadership development, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Drive employee engagement programs that enhance creativity, productivity, and retention.
- Introduce innovative HR programs that balance the creative energy of design teams with the efficiency of manufacturing operations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture across all offices.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with professionalism.
- Lead recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives to strengthen retention.
- Oversee HR policies, contracts, and procedures across multiple jurisdictions (Philippines, UK, EU).
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor law and awareness of international employment standards.
- Manage compensation structures, payroll coordination, and employee benefits.
- Lead workplace safety, health, and welfare programs in both office and factory settings.
