Operations Supervisor-(Inventory, Warehouse & Planner)-Pharmaceutical

About the role

This full-time position will involve managing inventory, coordinating warehouse activities, and planning efficient logistics to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of products to our clients.

1. Manage and oversee the inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise losses
2. Coordinate and supervise the warehouse team to ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products
3. Develop and implement warehouse and logistics plans to optimise workflows and meet delivery targets
4. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to align operations with business objectives
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Provide training and mentorship to warehouse personnel to enhance their skills and productivity

1. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as supply chain management or logistics
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehousing or logistics environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
3. Strong working knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges
5. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
7. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
