Home-Based Pre-Press Production Artist

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES- Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and branding alignment.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in preparing production-ready files and correcting errors.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally and giving/receiving feedback.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple requests and meet fast deadlines.
- Technically Savvy: Deep knowledge of file formats, printing specs, and digital optimization.
- Handle day-to-day production design support, including requests via Slack.
- Fix and finalize artwork files for production.
- Process post-event orders and prepare files accordingly.
- Manage event backs and track related production files.
- Convert designs from SP to DTF format for low-quantity jobs.
- Manage color separations, digital file orders, and close orders in ShopWorks.
- Create and optimize web images and banners for online stores.
- Transfer and finalize Greekly orders by preparing production files and updating statuses in ShopWorks.
- Perform ad hoc tasks related to design and production as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in a similar design role.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Schedule: Must be able to work U.S. CST hours (graveyard shift in PH time).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of file formats, image optimization, color management, and design for print.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Salary Range: Php 40,000 – Php 45,000
