Are you a creative, detail-focused graphic designer with a passion for production accuracy and visual consistency? We’re looking for a Home-Based Pre-Press Production Artist to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry.

In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end artwork preparation process—from mockup design and vectorization to production file finalization and digital asset creation. If you’re tech-savvy, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
  • Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and branding alignment.
  • Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in preparing production-ready files and correcting errors.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally and giving/receiving feedback.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple requests and meet fast deadlines.
  • Technically Savvy: Deep knowledge of file formats, printing specs, and digital optimization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Handle day-to-day production design support, including requests via Slack.
  • Fix and finalize artwork files for production.
  • Process post-event orders and prepare files accordingly.
  • Manage event backs and track related production files.
  • Convert designs from SP to DTF format for low-quantity jobs.
  • Manage color separations, digital file orders, and close orders in ShopWorks.
  • Create and optimize web images and banners for online stores.
  • Transfer and finalize Greekly orders by preparing production files and updating statuses in ShopWorks.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks related to design and production as needed.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in a similar design role.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Schedule: Must be able to work U.S. CST hours (graveyard shift in PH time).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of file formats, image optimization, color management, and design for print.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Salary Range: Php 40,000 – Php 45,000
