Assistant Manager - Marketing Production & Automation
We are looking for a Marketing Production & Automation Assistant Manager to lead the execution and production of marketing campaigns across Toby’s Sports, runnr, urbanAthletics, and future retail banners under Quorum International Inc.
This role oversees the creative production team, marketing activations, and CRM-driven communications that support campaigns across retail stores, ecommerce platforms, social media, and sports community initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and category marketing teams, this role ensures that campaigns are delivered through high-quality creative assets, well-executed marketing activations, and effective customer lifecycle communications.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Production and Creative Execution- Lead the production of marketing assets across retail, ecommerce, social media, and digital advertising channels.
- Oversee the creative workflow for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Manage the internal creative team responsible for photography, graphic design, video production, and campaign asset development.
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, retail graphics, digital content, and campaign visuals across all retail banners.
- Oversee the production and execution of marketing events and activations.
- Manage event timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution of brand activations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams, merchandising, and partners to support events such as tournaments, product launches, and brand activations.
- Lead the company’s CRM and marketing automation initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle communications.
- Develop segmentation strategies and personalized marketing initiatives using CRM data.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance and optimize lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Support marketing campaigns by producing creative assets for social media, ecommerce, and paid media channels.
- Ensure a consistent flow of creative variations to support digital marketing optimization and testing.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted content production and marketing automation workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in creative production, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing creative teams and coordinating campaign asset production.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is required.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing content including social media, ecommerce visuals, and advertising creatives.
- Strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and production workflows in a fast-paced environment.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with category marketing teams across Toby’s Sports, runnr, urbanAthletics, and future retail banners.
Team Leadership
This role leads the Marketing Production team and directly manages the following roles:
- Multimedia Designers (2)
- Content Marketing Coordinator (CRM / Email Marketing)
