Now Hiring: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Admin Support

Prevour is looking for a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. If you have a strong background in administration, enjoy working with systems and spreadsheets, and want to work remotely with a friendly and professional team — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with SAP Concur invoice system to accurately code and submit invoices to the Accounts team
  • Use Microsoft Excel to calculate and prepare agent commissions for Accounts submission
  • Add and update open times for sales and rental properties on real estate portals (e.g. realestate.com.au, Domain)
  • Assist with various ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the team
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and document management
  • Listings and marketing for Sales and Property Management
  • Working with real estate CRM systems for Sales and Property management
Required Qualifications and Skills - What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting a Western firm or corporate environment
  • Prior experience in a similar admin or VA role within the real estate industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting)
  • Proven experience and understanding of invoice management systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong understanding and use of English in a professional setting
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Take pride in ownership of tasks
  • A reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
