Order Fulfillment Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator ensures efficient and accurate order processing, prioritization, and fulfillment, while maintaining strong communication across teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Order Management

1. Monitor and process sales orders using warehouse systems and trackers.
2. Prioritize orders based on delivery deadlines, quantities, and stock locations.

1. Stock Verification

1. Check replenishment trackers for just-in-time (JIT) stock availability before printing orders.
2. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to secure JIT stocks for timely order fulfillment.

1. Order Fulfillment

1. Print and distribute sales orders to warehouse staff.
2. Verify order fulfillment accuracy by reconciling inventory discrepancies with inventory specialist and warehouse staff.

1. System Updates

1. Approve sales orders for invoice in the warehouse system and updates sales order trackers accordingly.
2. Communicate unfulfilled orders or stock shortages to the sales team.

1. Collaboration and Coordination

1. Liaise with telemarketers, sales agents, and other departments for order details and brand substitutions, when necessary.
2. Ensure smooth communication and coordination with all stakeholders for efficient order processing.

1. Time Management

1. Acts as a timekeeper, ensuring SLAs and 3PL cut-off times are consistently met.

1. Other Duties assigned by the Immediate Head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Preferably a Bachelor's Degree of any course;
2. College undergraduates with at least 1 year of experience in logistics, retail, or related industries are also encouraged to apply.
