Job Description
Posted on 5 September 2025- Provide desktop support (installation, configuration, troubleshooting of hardware/software, printers, and network connectivity).
- Act as first-level Service Desk support, handling user requests and incidents.
- Perform fieldwork within Makati, Taguig, or Pasig as needed for onsite support.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support when required.
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do field work and be assigned in Makati, Taguig, or Pasig.
- Open to shifting schedules, with possible work on weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
