Senior Accountant (US GAAP expertise required) - Manila

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile daily restaurants sales against deposits and record journal entries.
• Reconcile daily bank activity and credit card transactions.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and assist with financial reporting.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and company policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Analyze financial data and assist in preparing financial statements.
• Identify and implement efficient improvements in financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of accounting experience (including internships or full-time roles).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with general ledger functions in the month-end / period-end close.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
