Technical Service Specialist

Job Summary

Materials Solutions, Inc. (MSI) is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Service Specialist to provide comprehensive support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of MSI machines at client locations. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our products and delivering exceptional client service in coordination with our Sales and Technical Teams.

• Conduct client site visits to support product presentations in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Install MSI machines at client locations and ensure optimal working conditions.
• Train and orient client ground personnel on the proper use and care of MSI machines/products.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance to uphold the reliability and efficiency of MSI equipment.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues; conduct servicing and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all technical activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Act as a technical representative of the company, maintaining professional communication and support with clients.
• Perform other related duties that support the overall goals of Materials Solutions, Inc.

• Basic knowledge and skills in electronics and mechanical machinery.
• Ability and willingness to travel for long-distance, field-based assignments.
• Prior experience in client servicing or technical support roles is preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities for client-facing situations.
• Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently in the field.
