Industrial Engineering Manager

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for optimizing the production processes and improving efficiency in all aspects of manufacturing operations within our mattress and furniture company. This role involves analyzing workflow, reducing waste, enhancing productivity, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

The Industrial Engineer will also be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing techniques, designing systems for process improvements, and analyzing plant data to support decision-making.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience:

At least 2-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or a similar production environment.
Familiarity with mattress manufacturing processes and/or furniture production is a plus.

Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
